scroll display feature did not update on a character

Looking for help with why a character sheet doesn't seem to want to take to the description scroll bar. It is marked "Yes" in the settings, but it is not implementing when the ability is shared to chat.

This was a recent feature added to the PF Community sheet.  For existing sheets(prior to the 1.722 update), you can manually add "{{scroll_desc=@{scroll-desc}}}" into your macro-text or you can  delete/reset an entries macro-text.  The new property for adding a scrollbar to long descriptions will be included as the default macro-text. Note: While this is perfectly safe for most people, beware that if you have manually edited the full macro-text of the entry, you will loose those edits if you delete/reset the field.  So, you may want to make a copy of any of those special macro-text text fields to help with customization if your reset.  New sheet's will include the new macro-text for scrolling long descriptions automatically.  We've had issues in the past auto-editing/updating existing macro-text fields that included user customizations. To prevent anyone from possibly loosing their edits, this was the safest method.  I may still include code in a future update to handle existing macro-text, but for now resetting the field or manually adding "{{scroll_desc=@{scroll-desc}}}" are the current methods.  Apologies for any inconvenience.
Thanks for your response, however the text you indicate is part of the macro-text. I will attempt the *delete/reset*. However, the main confusion is that the problem seems isolated to that sheet. It's got the right version (1.723) but it alone among the sheets is having the problem.
