Issues uploading maps

I've been trying to upload my maps for Hoard of the Dragon Queen, however I do not get the green bar that tells me that it's uploading, and when it 'appears' to have uploaded the image doesn't actually appear. Have you made sure the extension is .jpg and not .jpeg? Roll20 has trouble with the latter.

Yes, they're jpg. I made sure of it to be sure there was no issues on upload.

Be sure you are using Chrome or Firefox and that no extensions/add-ons are running that might interfere with uploads. How large are the files (in KB/MB)? As a Plus user, files can be no larger than 10MB in size. Also, while unlikely, check your Storage Quota ( <a href="https://app.roll20.net/account/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/account/</a> ) and be sure you have not used all your space.

I've had no issues with any of my extensions before now, so I doubt it's those.&nbsp; files aren't larger then 10MB&nbsp; and storage isn't even close to being full.&nbsp;

I'm having the same Issue with all my images. I'm using a gif. its 3.5 MB and the item that uploads shows as 2MB. I can't drag these images anywhere. Not sure whats going on. &nbsp;

GIFs often do not work well with Roll20, animated or not. JPG and PNG are best to use.

Tested both copying the game and uploading to another game of mine, neither worked. I'm unable to upload files to my Roll20 anymore.

Ok, lets go full metal jacket... I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

So I've managed to trouble shoot my own issue here.&nbsp; The files were previously PDFs, and were not converted properly. I have managed to fix this issue, and no longer have a problem. Thank you all for your help &lt;3
