If it is a module or an addon that is place in an game, they can use it as a co-GM. If it is a token pack, you will have to create a token page so they can assign them to sheets. If it is a map or tile pack, the same as tokens, you will have to drag and drop them on a page to allow the co-GM to use them. Only you can access your library.
