As the title states, I cannot access the character vault tool. I have tried to access it via several browsers. Only recently, as of today, has this occurred. In the past I've been able to use it without a hitch.  Error message:  ec4ffc6c2dbe48509f37b110294c0c51

Thank you for providing the error code. It let me hone in on exactly your issue. We've pushed out a fix that we think should allow your vault to load normally. Please let us know if you're still having issues.

I had a similar error, but it is working now. I'm guessing whatever you did helped multiple users?

Yes. The vault was having an issue with unicode non-UTF-8 characters. The behavior should now be if it can't load the bio of the character in the vault it doesn't display it.

Thanks, Steve. Are the enhancements to the Vault documented anywhere? I coudn't find an update to the wiki page since Feb.

They aren't documented outside of internal communications, but here are the changes, which I need to put into the wiki when I get a chance: Large character portrait and token preview Game info from where the character is from Character sheet used Bio text added (truncated) Button face lift UI polish
