It's been 4 years since staff said they were "working on it". It STILL only pings and pulls the GM's view. No fixes. No workarounds. No alternatives. Fix the damn feature.

This is still a known issue and is logged in our ticketed system. It will be addressed when we are able to accommodate development resources for it.
