New to roll20, pretty new to DND as well, some questions about migrating from physical campaign to roll20

Me and my group of friends are playing the starter edition of 5e DND, i believe it's called the lost mines of phandelver(sp?). Is there anyway to play that campaign on here without buying it again? Is it as simple as the DM just reading the stuff with the physical material in his hands, etc? Sorry if this is a question that gets asked a lot, I didn't really know how to word/search this question. Thanks in advance!

Yes to the method of the DM reading the physical material that you already have! It's entirely possible to play that way, and is a good way to get started. Roll20 also sells a set-up version of the module here. This gives you Maps and Tokens, and all of the text, already imported into the Roll20 tabletop. It's very nice looking, and easy to use, but this is not required for playing the module or any D&D. Roll20 simulates having a tabletop where you can gather your friends around, and communicate. The version in the Marketplace is here, https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/module/24/lost-mine-of-phandelver
