Ancient Dragon's passive perception not correct on 5e OGL?

I'm fairly newish to D&D still but I'm taking a stab at DMing sometime in the next few weeks and I'm trying to get my NPCs loaded into the Roll20 5e OGL character sheets.  I have a character that's going to be an Ancient Silver Dragon -- I imported the monster entry from the Roll20 compendium into a NPC sheet then turned off the NPC mode so I can have more detailed control over the character, but I'm having trouble getting the dragon's passive perception to match up to the official entry which says: Proficiency Bonus  +7 Saving Throws  Cha  +13, Con +16, Dex +7,  Wis +9 Skills   Perception +16 , History +11, Arcana +11, Stealth +7 Senses  blindsight 60 ft., darkvision 120 ft.,  passive Perception 26 Yet when I compile the info into the character sheet it's only saying the passive perception is 19. . .  I know passive perception is supposed to be 10 + wisdom modifier + proficiency bonus (if applicable,) but that only comes out to 10 + 2 + 7 = 19.  Where's the extra +7 to make 26 come from. . .?  What should I be changing on the character sheet to reflect it?

You can't really use the PC sheet for npcs in 5e. Npcs (mooks, monsters, etc) are built with a different ruleset and don't really follow any of the PC rules. You'll need to get a hold of the gamemasters guide to get the rules for npc creation.
Given that the Ancient Silver Dragon's Perception bonus is +16, it leads me to believe that it has expertise in Perception. This means that the proficiency bonus is double for the check. (7 [Proficiency Bonus] * 2 [Expertise] + 2 [Wisdom Modifier]) = 16. Then for Passive Perception you add 10 to this bonus for 26.

Changing it to expertise seemed to do the trick, thanks!  :D
