Stuck at Loading Screen

for both the campaigns im in, (one a player, one a dm) everytime i try to open the games, i am just stuck at a loading screen. i even tried logging into roll20 on my friends computer and it works perfectly on theirs, it just wont open on my computer. my friend and i were on the same internet, and mine was opening roll20 until the past day or two. i cant use my friends computer because theyre in my campaign, and will also be on roll20.  why is my computer not opening roll20, but my friends is? same internet and all, my computer does everything else perfectly, it just gets stuck at a loading screen for roll20. i even restarted it and it still doesnt work. please help? i have a session tomorrow night. i have a macbook pro and i was using safari (and have been using safari the whole time) if that helps at all.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from when you try to open the table and then wait five minutes before collecting the log!) Thank you!
