Way too big map lets my game crash

Hey everybody, Yeah, its a little stupid whats happened. My little brother thoughts it would be funny to create a new map with a hughe scale. Now ive got the problem, that i cant enter my game because it trys to load this big map and cant do it. Can i remove this last, big map and save all my other work? This would be great if it is so.

Hi Gatenus. Try emailing <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a>. Hopefully they can get you sorted out.
If I understand correctly, he uploaded a big map file? Then you could probably use the old (deprecated) library to access the map file and delete it: <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/library/" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/library/</a> If he just created a page with absurdly large dimensions, then you probably have to hope for a dev to fix it for you. You could try a different browser and see if the game doesn't crash there (firefox, chrome, safari etc).

Here are some steps to try out when this happens: Try accessing the game through both Chrome and Firefox. If an "unresponsive script" prompt pops up, try letting things sit for several minutes. If the game still fails to load, answer the prompt such that the "unresponsive script" stops. If the Player Ribbon is on a different Page, you should be able to solve this by promoting another account (e.g. a player or somebody else you trust) to GM. Afterwards, that person should be able to access and edit the Page Settings of the Page in question. If none of this works for you, we'll move to the next step -- which involves a dev :)
Thanks everybody for this help ^.^ The last thing, to make an other player a GM worked. I'm happy that I don't have to do everything again from start now :D
