What exactly do you mean with prefer to avoid? I know we're all really into roleplaying, so rulemongering is something we wish to avoid (rules ofcourse matter, but cool factor over rules in some (not all) cases) Our times would preferably be 7 PM to 11 PM, but an hour later is fine as well...
