i'm starting a campaign set in the ancient world (greece to be exact, but there are other civilizations around) its a non historical mythological focused game. there will be gods and magic and monsters, but with more bronze than the typical dnd setting! i have a solid group of players already, but i think im looking for 1 more to round out the group, as one player won't be joining us for some time. The game will be weekly Saturdays, around 3pm est played by voice on discord. Most Pure casting classes are banned (Wizard, Bard, Sorcerer. I'll allow 1 cleric and 1 warlock per party), as i feel that hampers the setting a bit. While magic exists, such powerful arcane magic would only be the realm of the gods. so far we have a barbarian, 2 fighters, a cleric and a paladin. if you've been itching to stomp around in the archipelago, have an idea for an awesome Spartan Super-elite, or you just are sick and tired of Zeus pushing the little man around, this might be a game for you! message me on this thread or by pm or on discord if you need more info. Jon #2789 oh, since its confusing. The game will be started in dnd 5e, but im hoping that we can transfer over to the pathfinder 2e playtest material in a few weeks when it comes out. We'll take a week or two off to review the material and change characters over, unless the game is needlessly complicated, lacking enough material for a campaign, or some other problem, in which case we'll just stick with 5e.
