Need help with 5e OGL API Ammo

Really new to 5th Edition OGL API- followed directions and set up API for both spell tracking and ammo. Managed to get it to work for spell tracking, long rest works fine and everything. Can't seem to get it to figure out Ammo tracking though. Doesn't seem to be trying to do anything at all. Doesn't pop up when attack is used, doesn't actually try to dock the ammo, nothing. Tried remaking the resources, tried turning the tracking off and on again, tried all of tutorial steps I could find. This really isn't an area of stuff i'm super knowledgeable on though. Please help!  /Edit: Further testing has proven this is only happening with certain characters.  /Edit2: Seems to be directly related to the character sheet in question using a custom class. All other pages work fine now, but the one character with a custom class under the config menu does not work. 

Hello, make sure the ammunition tracker is "on" into the config tab of the 5e ogl character sheet. Then check if the ammunition name in the attack section matches the ammunition name in the resources. :)

It actually seems to be directly tied to custom classes, after some more trial and error! Tried the ammo tracking on several other characters, all worked fine but not on this character specifically- which is the only one using a custom class under the config menu.  Thank you though.
