Allow "Code View" in Text Editor

Please allow us to toggle between the WYSIWYG editor and a code-based view, so we can have greater control over elements such as spacing. If not this, please add more controls to the text editor, such as allowing us to modify the specific widths of columns in table, merge cells, etc. In general, the easiest thing would be to let us have limited HTML control over the contents of the character sheets/handouts.
