Unfortunately you can't change attributes with a macro, that functionality is in the realms of the API which would require the creator of the game to have a pro subscription. What you can do is add the following to your attack/damage macros: + ?{Raging|No,0|Yes,2} Note the rage bonus is +4 to Strength which will always equate to a +2 additional modifier regardless of your starting Strength. Things like the bonus HP from the Constitution modifier and the AC penalty are trickier to incorporate in a pure macro form I'm afraid. The bonus to will saves can be done in the same way as above however.
