Is the Market US Exclusive?

I'm a Canadian and I'm looking at the market place for games and it made me wonder if the prices are US exclusive or if they were adjusted for Canadian dollars in mind.

I believe all prices are always expressed in USD.

Another Canadian here. You can purchase anything in the marketplace, but you will be paying USD and the prices are listed in USD.

It means that, today, if you bought something listed on the Marketplace for $8.99, which is $8.99 USD, your Canadian credit card would be charged $11.81 CAD (+ any surcharge your CC might charge for conversions).

Exactly. Your credit card will be charged US dollars, which will be converted into Canadian dollars on your statement.
Okay then...
