Alisa, are you the GM of the game? There is an option to GMs to turn off both video and voice for everyone in the game. If you are the GM, make sure that under "Video + Audio Chat Options" in the Settings tab, you have selected Roll20 WebRTC (Chrome + Firefox Only). If you're not the GM, you'll have to ask him/her to make the change.

It use to take two or more in the room at the same time for the audio/camera to be enabled but not sure if that is required anymore.
