Seeking DM for one or more PbP (text-based) games. Open to a paid arrangement.

Edit: Interested in DnD 3.5 and MnM 3e... As it says on the tin. I have a number of inspired characters/game ideas that require a solid DM. Most of them involve some degree of bespoke character creation, either via house rules, home brew, or higher than normal starting level. I've had difficulty finding a DM to take on any of my ideas on other forums, and most of the games I've seen advertised by DMs here and elsewhere aren't suitable for the concepts or builds I'd like to play. I'm open to organizing a subscription based model for a qualified candidate for some financial remuneration. Will definitely need to see some samples of games run and terms agreed to before putting any money down.  Edit: I've been told it's customary to tip here but payment may not be needed. Open to discussion. Lastly, I'm only interested in text-based Play by Post style games, preferably with maps, battle grids, etc. available so some experience with that is needed to.  Serious inquiries only. I have a homebrew world full of history you might be interested in my LFG listing can be found  here  and my rates are pretty low for PbP games. I also have a discord server I'll send you a link to in PM where we can talk more reliably. If you want I'd be happy to work out a free session 0 with you as some point where we can make characters and discuss what kind of game you want to play. I'm down for basically anything. This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of [$5/hour/player with a negotiable reduction on increased scheduled hours over paypal. Patreon is also available for ongoing weekly games (at a markedly lower rate)]. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. I look forward to meeting with you on this as I've run Play by posts before with plenty of maps and I actually like them a lot because they let me go ham on descriptions when appropriate without worrying about taking up too much session time.
