unfortunately steps 1 to 3 didn't help. this was the original problem. System details - console pictured above Browser - Chrome version - 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS - windows 10, 64-bit, x64-based processor Javascript - enabled anti virus - AVG free, not sure if windows defender is active or not extensions - google docs offline, docs, sheets, slides console log in picture
