I can't create folders or subfolders (sorry if this was alrady answered, I couldn't find a topic like this)

Hello, I need some help, I can't seem to create folders or subfolders in my journal. When I click to +add a folder, and give it a name, it doesn't appear on my journal. The same issue happens when I try to create a subfolder in the "Characters" or "Handouts" default folders. After I press "OK" to confirm the folder/subfolder's name, it doesn't how up. Is anyone else having this kind of problem? Do I need to be a a Plus or Pro user to create new folder?

You do not need a subscription to make folders, this is most certainly a bug :)  My first question is this:  Have you doublechecked that your folders are not appearing at the very bottom of the list?  This has caught some folks by surprise. If that doesn't solve the mystery, would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from table load-in through a few attempts to create a folder!)
Thanks, as soon as I cleaned my cache and refreshed Roll20, all folders I tried to create appeared.

Yay!  I'm glad this was easily fixed :)  I'll mark this as resolved and close the thread, but please don't hesitate to start a new thread if you've any questions or concerns.
