API to deal a card when PC goes to 0 HP

Greetings! I recently purchased the " Enduring Wounds " deck from Chibbin Grove, and now it has me thinking, "Can this be automated?"  I understand there are some new deck functionality.  Can the API actually deal cards to players from a deck?  If so, could this be automated when a PC hits 0 HP?  And further if so - does anyone want to take on such a project?

This is definitely possible.  Someone should write that, would be cool.

I would love something like this I just got that add on and it is great!
