UPDATE for 2-18-2014 Major changes to SHIELD rules ( as previously noted. Simplified and more streamlined) Planet section added. Religions of the Verse added. Major changes to Augmentations with addition/separation of Implant augmentations to help clarify some issues. Augmentation tech levels removed. Made more simplified and streamlined. Prices modified to represent changes. Minor clarifications added to some character creation such as attributes and skills. Minor edits to Faction stats or descriptions to clear up some questions. Moderate rework of Exo skeleton and or mecha suits. More defined gear clarification. New cybernetic or neural linked class added or revised to mecha exo suits in gear. Robtics / Automatons slightly modified also. Difficulty baselines adjusted. Difficutly 7, or Target Number 7 is the Standard base. Raised from 6. So not to complain but I have a beef with the Race benefits

You are in no way an ass etc. Your comment is more than valid. Terrans are average because well they are the norm. But also because of that I am still unsure of what benefits or bonus to give them. putting youe notes here because i feel they are valid, an may give others ideas as well to help with game balance or improvement. I know your game is still in the works and all I was just wanting to give you some constructive criticism about the Terran race bonuses. I've gone through the rulebook a few times and something that sticks out to me is the Terran's starting power.I know some of their abilities are pretty awesome,I know because I'm playing one. But when I look at the other factions feel like they get way more benefits than the Terran does. The Terrans' faction abilities I feel balance out with the others,but when you compare their bonus stats that the other factions get the Terran +2 bonus to skill seems greatly undermined. I mainly was comparing the Lolita to the Terran and I think if you just look at the two you can see that their is a huge drawback to being Terran.Sure if your a Lolita you get -1 to body but along with your benefits to being a Lolita it wouldn't be that hard to make up for the body drawback.I think this difference would deter players from playing the Terran race altogether. Looking at the other races I can see that being Terran seems weak,also the Victorian seems to be under-powered also. I know humans aren't nearly as powerful as the Zeniri or Vampire factions but they need to be able to make up for their weakness with something that makes humans be able to spread out across the solar system like they have. I like the idea you've introduced that Victorians and Terrans are very resourceful and I also believe that their faction Traits are on par with the other factions,all I'm saying is that if knowledge in a variety of skills if the Terran's bonus and Knowledge with Machines is the Victorians bonus then they should be more of a bonus to their starting skill and or ability bonus. P.S. I'm not trying to be a Dick or Rag on you I just want to try and help you with your game system. Also,so far I think your game is rad as hell and I really appreciate how much work you put into it. I think you did a great job with the Factions and the story, I believe that it has the potential to be a good game.
Pretty big update again -- TERRAN modified with extra skills that I feel balances out things better. TABLE OF CONTENTS!!! ( finally ) yayayay! Much content information added near the end of the book. Full Faction Details are now available. Enjoy the content update. Some things might be messy, I believe I removed anything conflicted. Table of Contents should help most folks. For the most part, The file is compelte. Pending a good work over and review. And art additions prior to PDF conversion. I think Vehicle stuff ( non starships) is missing some content which I am aware of. And there is some maps and other misc content not online yet. NEW April Update. Minor Table of Contents update. Changes to Armor, and Armor Degradation- Armor Rating is degraded every hit. Minor Shield / personal shield changes. (still pending game testing) Attribute maximum cap at 12 change. All Factions. All Attributes. Major change to LIFESTYLE starting money. Higher tiers significantly reduced. Some minor changes to Augmentations. Some balancing of Faction abilities an bonus's. Changes or modifications to SPECIAL weaponry, Toxics, poisons etc. - Attack successes do not increase their damage value. Toxics and many other special damage effects do damage equal to their Rating only now. But now have a possible duration effect.
