Instructions for the Torg Drama Deck

There needs to be some instruction on how to use the Drama deck. Not necessarily game mechanics but how to use it.

Do you mean, instructions on how to put it in your game?   It's an Addon, which is added to the game from the Game Details page, the same place where you invite new players and set the next game time, etc. Do you mean, instructions on how to integrate the deck into your game?   Once you've added it to your game, there is a folder in the journal named "Torg Eternity Drama Deck" which contains additional descriptions and suggested ways to use it in your game.
