Using dice result in another roll?

I'm pretty new to roll20, so I'm sorry if the answer to my question is too obvius that I could figure it out myself. Can I make a Macro that uses the result of a roll in another? For exampla I roll with 2 d6 and the result is 4, than the macro automatically roll with 4 d6?(I'm sorry if my english is broken, it's not my first language.)

You can nest rolls like this, but only in the final roll, all without using the API. [[ [[2d6]]d6 ]] will do what you want above.
