Interest Check: Black Crusade

Ive been seeing a lack of heresy in the 40k RPGs going around Roll20, wondering if anyone wants to do it. The rules look pretty fun, especially those Gift of the Gods you can get. Also necrons

Well, there was a thread with pretty much exact same name a lil back, and it pretty much turned into GM's talking about flaws and strenghts of BC-system. Many seemed interested in playing. I myself am included in that interested category, but it would have to be played on an european-friendly time for me to be able to play. For Papa Nurgle!

As with many games, everyone wants to play and no one wants to run. I'm in that category, since I have no ideas to carry a game past a one shot I've run and played in before.

It seems very interesting and I would really like to join this slowly growing group. I've never played 40k so I might a bit slow with the pick-up at first, but I'll learn quickly. Would someone mind pointing me in the direction of the books we'll be using/we're allowed to use?

Robert R.: The book is "Black Crusade", by Fantasy Flight Games. All: I love Black Crusade (and all other Warhammer 40k games). I'm 28 yr old, on GMT+2, though my hours are fairly flexible and I don't usually go to bed very early. I'm usually a Storyteller/GM in other games in RL, though new to Black Crusade itself and have only ran one Warhammer game before, so I'm hesitant to offer myself as GM, plus I'm also running two separate Exalted games in RL (so let's call me GMing "Plan H"). If absolutely nobody else can/will take the wheel, I might be persuaded (and sufficiently bribed with nefarious offerings) to run it, maybe temporarily. If that would be the case, I'd likely go for a mixed Warband of both Chaos Space Marines and Disciples of Chaos - with an emphasis on the Disciples of Chaos and only a couple of 'Marines. What do you guys think? For the Emperor Dark Gods!

i've never gm'd before and have only been in 2 dark heresy and 2 rogue trader games that ran 1 session each.. also... (dibs?) iron warrior :P

Im glad people answered my pleads. Perhaps we can all get a group going. Im GMT-5 however so times would be kind of wonky
