Detailed description of the problem Last night's gaming session went fine until we switched to a new map page. The players couldn't see the map, just their tokens against blackness. I logged in as a player and saw the same, even though as DM, I could see the map. I fiddle with the fog of war and dynamic lighting to no avail. So I shut everything off (dynamic lighting, fog of war, etc.) and the problem remained. I then made a copy of the page and uploaded that same map level again. All was fine. I went back to the lower level dungeon map on a previous page and saw that the visual settings (which worked on the lower level map) were the same as the problematic page. On the new copy page, I used the same settings, except for dynamic lighting as I didn't want to waste more session time tracing dynamic lighting lines. Everything was fine. Minimum number of steps to reproduce the problem As stated, I made a copy of the problematic page and uploaded the map again. That worked fine. We all refreshed our pages and the problem remained. I just tried using Firefox (latest version) and same problem. Description of setup Google 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox 61.01.1 (64 bit) for ACER For Google Simple Black Scroll Bar Extension (which I've been using with no problems), no adds ons. No add ons or extensions for Firefox. Windows 10 Home ver. 1803 OS build 17134.165 Bug Triage Results Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. I have and the problem persists Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Done. Step 3: Clear your cache I just cleared my cache and went back in as GM and saw that the map from the problematic page is now missing and the missing image icon is now on the map page tab. I haven't deleted the map and it was in there earlier this week during prep time.
