Layering Help

So I am a DM that is new to using Roll20 and I am using Dungeonographer to create and generate my maps but after I import them and set them to scale I notice that my map....while on the background and maps layer is covering my token and objects layer preventing my players from seeing their tokens. I was wondering if this is a common problem and if so how can I fix it?

This does not sound right. Can you verify that these things are indeed on the proper layers? Can you see the tokens, but not the players? That would indicate that the tokens are on the GM layer. Can the players see the map itself? Do you have a dynamic lighting issue? Off the bat, my best guess would be that objects are not on the layers you think they are on. I've yet to see an issue where the layers themselves are out of order.
I found the issue thank you it turns out that while they were on the proper layers the advanced fog of war had obscured them from player view. I never intended to have the Advanced fog of war on so it baffles me how it got there. But by turning it off it revealed everything. Thank you for the Quick Response though, as it got my gears turning upon realizing it was not a layering issue but an obscurity issue.
