Unable to Drag Token to Tabletop

I own Volo's and whenever I try to drag the slithering tracker token from the compendium onto the tabletop I get a blue stick type figure as the token instead.

Hi, the token does not show up in my journal after I drag it from the compendium.  Nothing shows up.  I've tried deleting and redragging and that doesn't work either.  The slithering tracker token does work normally when I create a new game.  I have also tried removing Volo's from my current game and readding it and that didn't work either.  Thanks for any help you can give me.
