DM / Co-GM permission levels and independent maps folders

So I am playing a rotating GM game with 2 other players. The issue is we are sharing the world, Player characters, NPCs, Maps, and Monsters BUT we are also running our own stories for the other players. So I want to be able to promote both the other players to co-GMs (but not guest players) with the option to login as players when we are not GMing AND the ability to set folders to visible/editable to only a specific GM/co-GM so that we can keep story files separate. We can partially just do that by creating a folder and working within it and not looking in each others folder.... BUT what we can not do is manage maps. Their is currently no way that I am aware of to put maps in a folder or limit visibility to a specific GM/co-GM making it only visible as a players screen when selected with the players flag. That also means I need the ability to have "default" players screen selection so when I am GM if a co-GM left the players flag on one of their maps I am locked out of It will I can click "return players flag to default" or something like that so that it is manageable by me (or the other co-GM) from a shared "default/home screen" we all have permissions to. I know this is not short order but it would allow for a lot more control and based on the number of post I found with people asking how to make some one else gm, share gm, and share the setting resources with another GM their is plenty of interest in an update at least similar to this. Thank you for your time and any consideration.
You mention folders for maps. This is the part I think is most important. Permissions would be fairly easily implemented for that. I'm looking forward to an overhaul of the map management largely because it feels very tedious to use. This suggestion is highest on my list for things that deserve a look.
You may want to add your comments (and votes) to this broader suggestion about organizing map pages: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1618045/a-better-way-to-organize-pages
Hehe, I actually have posted and voted on that thread... 7 months ago. :P
I gave that thread a up vote and a post, but I am not sure what else I can do. It didn't pop up in a topic search because it doesn't have "maps" in the title I guess, but its good to know I am not the only one looking for this feature.
