We have been working on trying to get one of my players on Roll20 and it is just not working for them at all.  We have tried switching between Chrome and Firefox and loading with no background apps running and exiting out of multiple programs. They would load the page, I would see them up as a player for about 5 seconds on my DM screen and then they would disappear again while they still see the game screen.  We are running Tomb of Anniliation and I have a pro-level account while all of my players have free accounts including the player who is having issues. He has the following details for his account/computer. Web Browser - Chrome  Browser Version -  up to date Operating System - Windows 10 If Javascript is enabled - Yes Your anti-virus software - AVG

I'm sorry to hear that your player is having issues with the site. May I ask their location geographically (a general one not a street address!)? Could you please get them to carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Getting them to post Step 4's console log would be extremely useful in this case. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
