let me preface this - I have never played Fate before, and i'm jumping in as a GM so that's a risk but I'm hoping with some patient players that I can quickly adjust and I invested in Fate Core because it seems like a system perfect for the kind of game I want to run. if you've ever played Uncharted it was very inspired by that franchise, if not then imagine a high risk high reward style game about treasure hunters tracking down dangerous relics and artefacts of bygone eras, the entire premise is that you are searching for ancient treasure for whatever personal goal you wish, you could be a reporter, a thief, someone with a vested interest in ancient long forgotten history or any multitude of things that you can imagine and now you're on a mission. we will start the campaign on the hunt for the City of Gold known as El Dorado in the country of Columbia. if you're interested please find the listing, its called Artefacts of the Old World and is one of the few Fate listings.
