Game stuck on black loading screen

Hello! I was updating my game for my next session which will happen this Saturday, and at some point, roll20 randomly disconnected me from the app (my internet did not D/C as I was also using discord and nothing happened) and I had to reaload it. When I reloaded, my game would not load. Tried cleaning cache, restarting the app and even chrome itself, nothing happened. I tried joining another game I have in my library and I successfully joined it, so the issue is with my game alone. The link to it is this one: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/2606283/ascencao-de-nyrea I do not know if you can actually access that link without being an actual player of the campaign, but I need help like right now!!! I cannot afford to cancel that session :(

Sorry for the any inconvenience. From Roll20's Twitter feed: One of our Firebase Real Time shards is not responding at the moment. This may result in some interruption. Stay tuned for updates on our Twitter feed and here: https://t.co/VomNOKjHHt It's possible that your problem is unrelated, but if you are still unable to connect after a while, please re-post and we'll proceed from there.
Alright. I'll be doing whatever else can be done before it is transferred to roll20. If it doesn't come back up, I'll post another reply.
My problem persists. It has been three days now that my game randomly disconnects me, I refresh the page and get stuck on black screen for a long time. I tried joining other games and all the others are normal. No Internet D/C detected. Tried multiple PCs, problem persists. It is frustrating me hard... it only happens in MY game. No game else I play.

Hi Leonardo, Looking at your game, it seems to be on Shard 20 which has just gone down. You can check the shard 20 specific stats here: http://status.roll20.net/1479915
I see, so the problem is not with my game? Could you provide me with an explanation as to what is Shard 20? I am not very familiar with anything computer related, so sorry if that sounds dumb.
Ditto on the 'Black screen of loading' issue. It worked fine earlier and about 20 minutes ago (4:10 EST) ...nothing. Well, it brought up the game page but stuck on 'loading' https://app.roll20.net/editor/setcampaign/1838808
In order to reduce load, games are placed on individual servers at creation which are referred to as Shards. If a shard has lost connection with Firebase you will notice symptoms as have been described above. Dylan, I can also confirm your game is on the affected server. As a possible workaround, some users have noted success when copying the game (which will typically place it on a new server shard that is not down).
Hi there, I must also be on Shard 20 because my game will also not load right now, and hasn't been able to load for the past hour. I have a game scheduled tonight!
Thank you! But how do I proceed with copying the game?

As a Plus subscriber you should have the ability to copy games via the drop down menu. For more info you can check out our wiki below :) https://wiki.roll20.net/Game_Management#Copy_Game
are they gonna reset the shards any time soon

One problem with that; all my music and art assests are LOST on the copy
