Detailed description of the problem My game <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/2709467" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/2709467</a> appears to have developed a bug in one of the handouts... The handout name is "Glossary"...the link is <a href="http://journal.roll20.net/handout/-KzGxy07nJAQKewrSamG" rel="nofollow">http://journal.roll20.net/handout/-KzGxy07nJAQKewrSamG</a> When I attempt to open the handout it just says "loading" and does not open. I have tried to copy my backup version with transmogrifier but it appears the backup game version has the same problem. Can you please restore/recover this file? Description of setup Browser + Version (Chrome + no idea) Browser Addons/Extensions (no idea) Operating System (Windows 10) Bug Triage Results Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. I am using chrome...I do not have firefox at all Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. I don't have a clue how to do this... Step 3: Clear your cache If I clear the browsing history...my wife will murder me...because she does not remember passwords...
