Letting players see one another's character sheets

It's been, I believe, three years since character sheets were implemented, yet still the only way for one player to see the others character sheet is either through exporting it as an image, and it being out of date after anything of import happens, or by giving full control of each player character to each other- which can be problematic when, as a joke, they mess about with another characters sheet, then forget how to put it back to origin.  Why can we not have it where when we allow other players to see the character in their journal, that they can then go on and see the character sheet? This has been raised, I believe, multiple times before, yet nothing's come to fruition with it. Is there a workaround other than giving every player full control of each other?
There is already a suggestion for this feature at&nbsp;<a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1823028/gm-option-to-expose-character-sheets-to-other-players" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1823028/gm-option-to-expose-character-sheets-to-other-players</a>
Locking to shuttle to the other thread.
