(Same Old?) Dynamic Lighting/Global Illumination Black Screen for Players Problem

Hi all, Am loving R20 and picked up a subscription ahead of a new game later in the year: particularly wanted players to be able to use tablets, and to get to grips with Dynamic Lighting, which is a cracking feature (if I can get it to work!). I've seen this problem come up a lot in the forums (on several closed posts), but none of the solutions given have worked for me (at least not for longer than a couple of minutes). Have tried several times to add images below, but the screen keeps timing out - I'll try adding them to comments instead. When logged in as GM on my account, I can preview a token's vision and see it as it should be; But on a player account with control over that token, I can see nothing; The page has Global Illumination enabled' And the token has vision. I have tried all of the following: Adding a Light Source to the Dynamic Lighting Layer:  Added this in to test, and at first adding a light source with a radius bigger that the whole page that all players could see did change things (meaning that I thought the problem was specifically with Global Illumination), but this no longer works either. Changing Browser : am running Chrome on a Macbook as default. Safari gives me exactly the same results, as does Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on an Android tablet. Clearing Caches : Have cleared caches on all browsers: this allowed Chrome on the tablet to work for about five minutes before going blank again - further attempts to clear caches have had no effect). Reset Browser:  have reset all browsers to default settings, making no difference. Enabled WebGL in Chrome:  found the secret page where this setting could be turned on and off and enabled it, to no effect. Have also ensured that Hardware Acceleration is enabled. Updated Video Card Driver:  needed doing, but made no difference here (restarted system after too). Am now stumped, but am hoping it's something really simple that I've simply overlooked... Would really like to make sure this is working before rolling out to players to look at! I notice that you have Fog of War enabled. Have you revealed the areas that need to be revealed? Turning it on defaults in the entire map being blacked out for players. GMs will see it only slightly dimmed, depending on your FoW opacity settings. I only ask because the visible areas of your map look a bit dim.
Hey! Now I feel like a n00b :D Thanks - that was it after all - didn't think I had that on. Thanks for the fresh eyes - was hoping it'd be something simple.

Great. Since this is resolved, I'll go ahead and close the thread.
