pictures in character sheets and cards not working

okay this is an issue i've been having for half a year or so now. and i have tried everything to fix it (which is difficult when you don't know how it exists)i've tried looking at other issues. i've tried looking at the guide on how to fix things but cards and those little pictures in char sheets like the inquisitorialI or the chaos star on the 40K sheets or that little insignia above your chars name on D&D sheets. or to a lesser degree. that little token that shows 'yoDingus you got inspiration' and such. and i have been trying to fix thise ever since it started but i've finally just given up. please please PLEASE someone have a solution for this.

Hi Niko, sorry to hear you're having issues. Could you give some more details on what is going wrong? Perhaps in relation to the 5e sheet since I don't know what the Warhammer sheets are supposed to look like. Screengrabs would be an excellent way to figure this out. Have you worked through all the steps of the troubleshooting guide (I'm assuming this is what you're referencing with "the guide on how to fix...". What were the results of each step, and can you post a link to the copied console log?

first. no idea how to work the console log so no can't copy that. but i worked through all the steps. and in comparison to say the 5E sheet that looks like a more normal sheet the inspiration token will never show up. and you know how there is supposed to be a neat little picture above your characters name? that fancy "roll20" marker right? instead it just has that "file not found" icon thing. you know the little paper with a folded corner. i can try to take screenshots but well... i will be honest. i am technologically handicapped and can barely figure out how to keep my computer from screwing up sooo....
