SEARCHING THE PURGE RPG GAME

For a long time I've been looking for the game with more resemblance to the theme of The Purge; a game without magic and possibly where you can use firearms and artillery. I have tried with Apocalypse System but it seems to me that the rules that it has are too fixed for that game and I can not use it to simulate another different histria. I would like you to give me your opinions on what might work (From the existing sheets) for this theme...

FATE Core or Accelerated. You can adapt it to literally ANY setting you want and it's a very rule light system, leaving almost everything outside of the very basic mechanics to the wants and needs of the GM. Roll20 has sheets for both. You can find rules online for free.

As a pro user, you can use custom sheets that are not in the Roll20 GitHub. Currently they have an "one-system one-sheet"  policy, so you can't uppload alternative sheets to existing systems. And uploading a new sheet, it have to be a game that is available on the web, personal homebrew sheets doesn't count.
