NPC sheets defaulting to character sheets. [5e OGL]

I don't know if this is a bug or my game setting are whack. But every time I drag a monster from the compendium to my game it defaults to a character sheet and when I toggle it to an NPC the sheet is blank so I need to fill it out manually. Should this be happening? Edit: Game setting are set to all new sheets are NPC and API scripts removed. Problem is still there.

Hi Shinyavarice, Sorry that you are having some problems. The issue that you are experiencing with dragging character sheets is a known issue that is being addressed. The best guess so far is that it is caused by some latency in the connection. There is a workaround in the meantime. If you drag a monster from the Compendium and it comes up without any info. Drag the monster in a second time, but drag and drop it over the open character sheet. That should populate it correctly, including switching it from PC to NPC. If you would like to help us solve the problem, please report it to the  Charactermancer Bug Report  thread, where the issue is being tracked. Please take the time to follow the  our guide to  Solving Technical Issues , particularly Step 4. The console log would be very valuable. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache Most important in this case:  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
