I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the tabletop. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Step four is... not pleasant; nevermind, but thanks anyway. GenKitty said: I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the tabletop. Jumping in too, as a regular user often on a Chromebook. The Chromebook alt key is problematic for other uses as well. Alt-double-click on a token does not open a character sheet for instance.
Ah well; it's not a big deal. "It's always something." - Roseanne Adana Thanks.

T M. said: Step four is... not pleasant; nevermind, but thanks anyway. Step four may not be pleasant , but it is information that is required for the Devs when trying to figure out precisely what is going on. Luckily, in your case, Chromebook tself being an issue is already known. Hopefully someday it will no longer be an issue.
