D&D 5E sheet custom background

So I am building a campaign and noticed I have to put in manually all the information for different backgrounds. I have no problem with this but one. After hand typing 6 characters, not sure why it took so long, I realized the Background Feature that you put in just disappears when it actually gets to the final creation. I would ask that you not ask for this in custom or if you do have it transfer to the actual page since it is actually a decent amount of typing needed to put it all in for each character.

What you're describing is not how either 5E sheet is supposed to work.  To know where to route you I need to ask a few questions, however.    Were you using the Charactermancer?       If not, were you using the 5E OGL sheet or the Shaped 5E sheet?    What web browser do you use for Roll20?

I am using chrome browser and I was using Charactermancer to generate for the 5E OGL sheet I believe. It asks specifically when you go to the background and choose custom for the Feature which is quite winded at times but doesn't add it to the sheet when completed, it disappears. So you have to go to the Features and add a feature and then do it again.
