No images load.

All external images don't load for me. My players see the images, (tokens, NPCs, etc.) The map I drew in roll 20 stays. I tried changing the browser, clearing browser data, removing add-ons, changing connection and computers and nothing seems to work. Please help as soon as possible.

Hi  Mikahil G, That sounds very frustrating. It sounds like you've been through a lot of the troubleshooting steps below. If you could go through step 4, and provide a log, I'll ping a dev to see what we can do to fix this up. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions  and  anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

I checked the Console Log and it prints: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILED  and sometimes Failed to load resource: ERR 404.

Ok, I am hanging on, it is getting difficult ya know hanging on over the abyss for 15 hours :).

What browser are you using? Is it up to date? Have you tried to upload a new image or a new version of an image you've already used? Is this issue happening in one game or multiple? If it's just one game you're referring to - have you tried to replicate the issue in other games? Can you provide us with your console log?

Yes, the browser is up to date. Yes, I have tried to upload new images, they upload but are invisible to me. The issue is happening across all my games and not only in the game, for example, I cannot see your avatar. I do not know how to provide you with a console log. I have a suspicion that it has something to do with the connection to the server for me since I tried different computers and accounts and the issue isn't solved.

I have seen a similar issue discussed way back on one of the community forums when an Amazon server was down and images didn't load for anyone.

I have solved the issue. Loading roll20 thrpugh the Tor Browser. Thanks for the help!
