Importing a map from hexographer into roll20

February 23 (11 years ago)
Hi. I'm currently using hexographer to create hex maps with the intention of importing them into roll20. However when I do this I can't seem to get the hex's to line up no matter what I try. I have seen people do this, so I don't know where i'm going wrong. I'm currently using the horizontal (H) hex pattern at a 1 unit size. In hexographer I have tried exporting as a 72 dpi png image at 1 hex per inch and at 4 hex's per inch. Neither align. I have also tried 150 dpi at 4 hex's per inch... Any suggestions?

I was thinking that it could have something to do with roll20 using a 94 by 81 px horizontal hex, while hexographer is using a hex equal in height and length (e.g. 1 by 1 px), but i have no idea if that is truly the case, or if it is how to fix it. I know hexographer can produce maps for roll20, but I just cant seem to be able to do that...

Thanks Gauss. It just took a bit more fiddling around than I had done, but I have got it down to an art now lol. Cheers
