Removing adds for people who have been pro for long but is no longer.

I think it is enfuriating that I get adds even because I am not a paid user, even though I have been for the longest time. I am currently not dming, but would still love to not have adds as a person who has spent enormous amounts of money here. Also I would like to be able to use roll20 on phone without currently paying. Please make this possible somehow.
