Unbearable Lag

I was running my campaign tonight, 8/29/18, and the lag was unbearable! It would take 30 seconds just to open a goblin character sheet, and the stutter when navigating the map was horrendous! Please HELP!

The questions I have to ask:  What character sheet are you using?  How many PC and NPC sheets do you have (archived or otherwise)?  How many maps do you have and how big are they, how complicated (in terms of numbers of graphics/tricky dynamic lighting) are they?  Are you using advanced fog of war?  How many music tracks do you have set up for your game? Each of these questions carries a weight (depending on your answer), that all adds up to the amount of 'stuff' your browser/computer is being asked to carry around for each session.  What one person's system and setup can handle may choke another's system into catatonia. That said, would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds in fixing your lag issues, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, so we can see if anything jumps out at us) I hope all of this helps you in starting to figure out what maybe going on with your game.
The steps above did not improve my situation. I am still experiencing unbearable lag. I did not experience this prior to last week on 8/29/18. When I traverse the map using the scroll wheel I get a single stutter about every 3-5 seconds until it finally reaches it's destination. I am using the Tales From The Yawning Portal package that I purchased from your marketplace, and have all maps archived save for The Sunless Citadel maps, and one map that I uploaded myself. I am running on an AMD fx 8320 system with 32 GB of DDR3 2133 Mhz ram, and several terabytes of storage. My download is around 270 Mb/s and my upload is around 10 Mb/s for internet speeds, and my network holds consistently around 900 Mb/s- 1 Gb/s. I see no reason for this lag, save for possibly my connection to your servers. Feel free to use any IT jargon for I am in IT. The following pictures are in order from left to right, top to bottom.

Devs have been pinged, one will be by to offer more assistance.
Hi SilentKagemusha, A few questions for you: When did these issues start to pop up? Was it after you added a second addon to the mix? Does this continue if you make a fresh new game? What about a game housing just Sunless Citadel and individual games for each module/addon? Checking the in-browser task manager what sort of memory footprint is the game tab using? Additionally, something to keep in mind, is that archiving maps, character sheets, handouts, etc. does not actually reduce the load for the game. The archiving function is simply a "clean up" tool-- the data will still be imported and will still contribute to load.
I did not experience this prior to 8/29/18. I have cleared my cache, and removed all things from my game except for that which is immediately being used. Sorry for the delayed response! With this now stripped down game, could you give it a shot to copy the game and see if the issues persist? Additionally, if you add in the addons to a new game in the same order, do you still run into the issue?
I get this too. Sometimes I can't even get in the game forum. I think it's because I live in China since it tends to go away when I turn on my VPN, exit, and reload the game form.
I tried creating a new game with only The Sunless Citadel, but it still lagged, not quite as much as the other one, but still too much. The odd thing is that I created a game with Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, and have no issues whatsoever as of yet. I did not have any of the lag for The Sunless Citadel, by the way, this is the game I created titled "Tales From The Yawning Portal" that is having the issues, prior to 8/29/18, and at that time I had all of the "Tales" modules added to the game, and just archived the ones I wasn't using.
