Can't place tokens

I can't place tokens from my Journal onto the map. I did this the other day, but now it's not working.

Couple of quick questions: 1) are you the GM of the campaign? 2) Have you tried refreshing the page? Sometimes when there is high latency, the token will be placed but not actually display. After a refresh it will suddenly appear. If neither of those is the issue, I request that you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you! 

1) yes and i was able to place tokens as little as two days ago. 2)I have refreshed the page, restarted my computer, and went through the steps and I am still unable.

I can place them from my Media Library, but not from my Journal, where all the stats are already filled out, as they are assigned tokens.

Well that's no good. If you can complete step 4 (instructions on grabbing a console log are in the link), I'll pass this on to the devs.

Just want to double-check. You are attempting to drag the name  of the character to the table, not the 3 horizontal bars. The bars simply allow you to reorder the journal; nothing else.
