Need some help adding tiles to make a custom made map

Hi guys, apologies beforehand if this is a stupid question but google/messing around could not help me.

I'm DMing for the first time this weekend so I wanted to create a custom map. I bought and am using this pack: "https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/2726/dungeon-smith-modular-dungeon-tile-pack-vol-dot-1".

The tiles size for these images are meant to be used at 10x10. Which is great, but the issue that I am running into is when I try to place these tiles onto the grid, they default to 3x3, meaning that I have to individually change the tile size for each tiles I place........which can get considerably tedious. Is there any way to make it so that the default is 10x10?

Note that I did go to the page options and change Size to 1 -> .3. This semi work around does make each tile have a 10x10 grid (unit parameter is still 3x3) but the downside is that now I have to zoom in to the max to see anything clearly. Character tokens are now also .3x.3 which means that adding any status icon effect takes up the entire space.

No, this is a known issue with the way the drag and drop works. Part of the problem is that there is no enforced tile resolution for images in the marketplace In this case, pixels per unit, since inch is a misnomer). There may be other technical reasons. Resizing the graphics is still recommended over re-sizing the grid in this case, mostly for the reasons you mention. This is also why most tile artists will place the dimensions of the tile in the name.
