Purchased things not working?

So, I have a bunch of books purchased on Roll20 while also owning them in person. At one point I was able to assign my player a Firbolg race from Volo's Guide to Monsters. Now however, only PHB races appear.  I really love you guys, but if I'm buying a book twice, it should at least ... appear.

Races have appeared, I assume after a cache dump. Feats however, still not appearing.

Hey Jason, I just want to clear something up. When you say "assign my player", are you speaking of the charactermancer? If not, can you give me exact steps to reproduce the issue you're encountering?

So,  Create new campaign named "Test Charactermancer". Only changes made in settings are to share Compendium with players.  Launch game, invite co-dm for confirmation of sadness. Return to Main Page for campaign, promote only player to dm status. Refresh on both computers, none of the races available in Volo's Guide to Monsters are available.  Previously, players were allowed to select Orc or Firbolg, or whatnot.  Now it is no longer available. Even as DM.  [Link Redacted] Sorry this took so long to respond to, but I sadly have a fairly hefty job that continually interferes with my ideal DM life. 

I have created a test character named "Testy Testerson", which should allow testing of things, this particular campaign is not going to be used for anything, so go nuts.

Hey Jason, I'm not sure why the Orc and Firbolg were ever available, but as per the  Charactermancer Bug Thread   The Charactermancer only creates level 1 characters. Available compendiums are the SRD and the PHB if purchased. If only PHB races are appearing, then it is working as intended. 

Ah, strange that it did appear in the past, but i'll just chalk that up to randomness.  Thank you very much Franky.
