Merge tokens or allow transmografier to move maps to external programmes

I've looked all over and it seems I can find nothing remotely close to what I need at the moment which is to simply take maps I've put together In roll20 and merge all the pieces on the map layer together to create one simple map/background and if not this why not allow the transmogra-thingy to move maps to external programmes such as Photoshop or gimp like it does other games. Now I'm no programmer but surely one of these options are possible. And yes I'm aware I can make maps in external programmes but they're all rather lacking in ways that roll20 is not such as the vast array of tokens used for maps which increases with each marketplace purchase.
