I have a map 1024px768px from inkarnate when i put him in the map and transform in unit the map lowed the resolution somebody help me. sorry my english .
What is the format of the map? jpg or PNG? If it is a jpg, make sure the map is titled with an extension of ".jpg", not ".jpeg". Also, this may be a language translation problem, what do you mean by "transform in unit"? Are you talking about the Page Settings?
yes,in the page settings its a JPEG 1024x768 I know I have to change pixels to units and then I just hit the image, but the quality drops a lot.
I think you are going through some steps that are not needed. How many units across and down is your map? Either squares or hexes. Is each unit 5 feet?
1024x768 pixels will make a very small map. The standard resolution in Roll20 is 70 pixels per square, so that map will be about 14.6 x 11 squares. If you make the map larger than these dimensions, it will look more pixelated. You should see if there is a larger version of the map at 70dpi.
