I am running Lost Mines of Phandelver and i noticed that the tokens dont give you the token actions that i have been told the 5e Monster Manual does. If i purchase it will the Monster Manual override the tokens in LMoP and give them the token actions? Thanks for the help.

To my knowledge, monsters from the MM do not  have token actions. I don't have the MM on roll20 to confirm or deny this, but given the plethora of monster tokens from the modules, I don't believe the MM compendium monsters would be any different in their structure.

It does not have Token Actions built in however there are some really awesome API Script's that can automatically add them.
