I have a fairly new wireless headset Well all of a sudden the mic part works but I can't hear sound threw the head phones the computer is set right it says the device is working normal I've set my default speakers as my headset. The PC says my headset is receiving sound I even hear it beep when I turn it off or on or even when I push the mute button so the speakers can make sound they are just not producing sound from my PC. I feel asleep with it plunged into my PC over night & it hasn't worked right since. Any suggestions besides take it back & exchange it?
